“As a second generation Chinese American and third generation church planter, helping others in their journey of faith and ethnic identity is a lifelong passion. My hope is for New Abbey to be a source of inspiration, healing, and joy for all who join to meet Jesus in our midst.”

Jed and his wife Michele met in Chicago and they have four children including one in college. He holds an MA in Ministry from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, an MS in Marketing from Northwestern, and a BA in Psychology from the University of Chicago. When not preaching or running the sound board, he’s likely talking fantasy football on his local podcast or looking for yummy authentic Asian Street foods.
